19th century, unsigned, carved wood with polychrome and textiles, the first depicting Saint James the Apostle, wearing a celestial blue robe with gilt scallop shell (18 in.); the second likely depicting Constantine the Great, attired in tunica and cloak/paludamentum (22 1/4 in.). Both unmarked.

Areas of paint loss and small chips, some areas with scattered later painted retouch; Constantine with repair to left index finger and likely to left shoulder; James with loss to left hand little finger; James' robe with some scattered drying cracks and craquelure.
