A Tiffany Young & Ellis Coin Silver Butter Dish, Mark of John C. Moore

Period mark of 1841-1852 and "J.C.M." mark of John C. Moore, lidded form with hand chased foliate decoration and reeded rims, raised on a baluster form pedestal foot and topped with a floral finial, separate pierced insert to interior, bright cut and armorial monograms to each side of bowl.
