A three-piece form each with a .916 silver fineness mark of Porto circa 1938 or after and unidentified maker's mark, the bowl additionally marked "Sterling" to underside, includes a bowl hand chased and ornately decorated with shell, scrolling, and foliate garden motifs, presented with a conforming silver-mounted plateau with a beveled mirrored glass raised on ball feet, and topped with a fitted silver reticulated flower frog with hand chased decoration, all without monograms.
The bowl 8 x 16 1/4 x 8 in. The plateau 2 x 23 x 17 in.
