Pigott was one of the most significant decoy makers from Carteret County. He made a rig of divers using heads made by Mitchell Fulcher but this decoy is 100 percent all Pigott and it exhibits his highly desired elliptical carved eyes.

Original paint with moderate gunning wear, stable crack in neck.
