(Vellum with edgewear, staining, and mild discoloration, repair at head of spine, lacking headband; separation from textblock starting, cracking at hinges; occasional wormhole concentrated at hinges, pages lightly toned with scattered foxing, occasional small stain or light grime; frequent damp staining; one leaf with long tear, (2) with inexpert repairs, one with significant loss to lower margin.)
