Throughout 1983, photographer Lee Jaffe and artist Jean-Michel Basquiat traveled internationally together. Jaffe took this photograph of Basquiat during their stay in St. Moritz, Switzerland, where he captured many behind-the-scenes photographs of Basquiat during his painting process.
