Formerly in the collection and hunting rig of Doily Earl Fulcher.

Doily Fulcher was gifted a rig of Eldon Willis and Elmer Salter decoys as a Christmas gift in 1957. He hunted this rig on Core Sound until 1967. The entire rig remained in original paint. It consisted of 20 redheads and 15 bluebills. Decoys from this rig were made with the finest wood, copper nails, and Whitehurst ballast weights.
