Both are facing pair, the first, painted with the traditional rust spotting, circa 1840, (11 in.) (typical crazing and minor paint flakes); the second pair, circa 1875, have inset glass eyes, allover coloration (10 1/2 in.) (one eye appears to have been replaced), not marked.
