A Morimura Nippon Porcelain Vase with Windmill Scene

Early 20th century, made in Japan, a hexagonal form vase, the shoulder and base with alternating polychrome registers and the foot with key patterning, finely embellished with gilt moriage over and below, the center hand painted with a Dutch landscape having windmills in a moonlit village with figures, with Morimura mark to underside.
