Republic period (1912-1949), globular shaped jar with lobed sides hand painted in famille rose with all eight Daoist Immortals, they stand separately on colorful clouds above turquoise green waves, the glaze has an orange peel surface, large ruyi heads in pink with Buddhist treasure symbols above encircle the upper body, with an impressed Yongzheng seal to underside.
