Possibly Fredericksburg, Virginia, circa 1790, shaped shield back with scratch bead edge, distinctive six-ribbed balloon shaped pierced back splat, over upholstered seat with brass tack trim and bow front seat rail, square tapered front legs, down-swept rear legs, flush stretcher base.
