Christine Lee Roberts-Antieau was born and raised in Michigan. She first learned to sew in a grade school home economics class, though she never received formal art training. The artist states "My work is about joy. It's about the mysterious origin of joy, and the wonder of childhood...My art is really a byproduct of my life and what I believe about being alive." Chris currently owns two galleries and a frame shop, solely dedicated to framing her art. These are located in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Very good estate condition, a possible area of slight sun fading to the right figure's hair, not examined outside the frame.
