Circa 1900, possibly Rheinsberg Porcelain Factory, each having a wide mouth with spaced indents, a baluster body painted with a fish scale design alternating with hand-painted nautical scenes and gilt deocration, the vase raised on a quadruped dolphin foot. Each underside is make with an "R".
