Made in Denmark, hand-painted with floral motif within pierced gilt rims, the first a dinner plate, pattern number 3553, 1964 date mark, with Viola stagnina Kit. floral motif (10 in.) (small area of restoration to rim edge); the second an antique plate with late 19th century date mark, featuring Lonicera periclymenum floral motif (9 5/8 in.) (scattered breaks and associated repairs to rim, some staining to underside).
