Vida de Lazarillo de Tormes (The Life of Lazarillo de Tormes) is a Spanish novel first published in the mid 16th century. It was published anonymously, and the author remains unknown and debated by scholars. The book was written from the first person and is considered the first picaresque novel. Due to its criticism it was banned during the Spanish Inquisition.

A very good copy; corners and head of spine lightly rubbed; interior lightly toned with scattered foxing. An extremely rare edition of this influential novel bound together with the first edition of Juan de Luna's continuation.
