Elongated pendant bezel set with an oval cut blue topaz (12.0 x 10.0 mm) weighing approximately 5.5 carats, on a shaped tablet motif pavé set with full cut round diamond melee, with bezel set oval cut garnet surmount (6.0 x 4.5 mm), completed with a hinged bail with figure eight safety, testing 14KT yellow gold and 18KT white gold.
