20th century, porcelain jar hand painted with the auspicious mythical qilin in landscape with fire bands within two thick borders of lotus blossoms with scrolling tendrils, jar is drilled and fitted as a lamp with wooden mounts, single lightbulb fixture, red cinnabar lacquer carved finial with longevity symbol at top, comes together with a fabric lampshade.
