19th century, porcelain jar hand painted figures in celebration, central figure holding a child and riding a mythical
qilin, jar is drilled and fitted as a lamp with wooden mounts, single lightbulb fixture, carved hardstone finial at top, comes together with a fabric lampshade.

From a Private Collection, Washington, D.C. Jar has some scratches and wear to surface with some loss to enamels; jar drilled for lamp fitting; jar not examined outside of the mounts.
