Circa 1820s case in mahogany veneers with oak and mixed wood secondary, featuring a 13-inch round enamel dial behind hinged glass within a molded slip, brass fusee works and suspension spring pendulum, the rectangular face decorated with satinwood inlaid fan paterae to corners, between a dentil cornice and ogee bracket feet. Includes a later custom faux bois mahogany wall bracket.
