Two Antique English Windsor Armchairs

18th/19th century, elm and mixed woods, the taller with a pierced central back splat, rounded knuckles, saddle seat, turned splayed legs on stretcher base (46 x 25 x 21 in.); and a painted spindle back armchair with shaped knuckles and bentwood supports, saddle seat with through tenon turned legs and stretcher base (41.75 x 23.5 x 16 in.).

Both with old, likely original surface, having expected finish wear and losses; the painted chair with some joint looseness to the legs and tipped feet.
