France, mid-19th century, the 2 1/2 inch enameled dial signed "THOMAS A PARIS" with ormolu surround, silk thread and suspension brass works signed Thomas a' Paris with Medaille d' Argent stamp and numbered 512/206, within a hand-painted and parcel gilt porcelain rocaille foliate form case and set upon conforming plinth (10 3/4 in.), together with a pair double handled vases (14 1/2 in.), the vases both with incised marks to underside. Includes key, pendulum, and bell.
