Boards slightly bowed with some scuffs, marks on upper board, extremities rubbed, spine with light creasing, and joints rubbed and creased; cracking at hinges with final free endpaper partially detached and lacking front free endpapers; pages toned and foxed, with damp staining, occasional wormhole, stain/grime, and fraying, chipping, or tear; frontispiece through p. 18 re-sewn into text block, title page with writing, long tear, and small corner loss.
