Late 19th century, centering a 3 1/2 in. enamel dial signed Balthazard A'Paris, brass eight-day movement striking on a bell with Japy Freres & Cie Medaille d'Honneur stamp, numbered 31 4 11, with suspension spring mount and pendulum, within a scrolling rocaille form bracket case.
