Meiji period (1868-1912), large porcelain bowl with scalloped rim hand painted in underglaze blue with overglaze iron red, and gilt enamels with lavish flora and patterns to interior, while the exterior has a quieter appearance with blue scrolling tendrils against the white ground, comes together with a carved wooden stand.
