A rare signed copy of this book "of a semi-humorous nature," with numerous b&w illustrations throughout. With the warning: "Please don't consider these as my memoirs. I am not passing out of the picture, as men generally are who write these things" (p. 35).

Boards with damp staining and discoloration, scuffing and light rubbing to extremities, spine with light grime and label with some sunning but otherwise quite bright and free of typical chips, slight separation from text block; interior lightly toned with occasional crease, mark, and small edge tear, with pages overall quite clean with numerous leaves still partially or fully unopened at fore-edge. A good copy.
