Late 19th century, likely English, the candlesticks cast in ebonized spelter and brass, convertible three light form with upswept branch arms and central torch spire, tripodal scrollwork terraced base (18 x 7 x 7 in.); the standish in brass and ebonized wood, featuring two demilune trays, foliate cast handle and feet, and two brass lidded glass inkwells (7 x 13 3/4 x 12 in.).
