Watercolor on paper, unsigned bust length portraits, the first of a gentleman attired in black coat with gold buttons, high collar and black stock, behind glass in a period ebonized frame with ormolu bezel and hanger; the second of a distinguished gent facing forward, attired in aubergine overcoat, behind glass in an oval copper pendant (3 x 2 1/2 in.).
