Christine Clark executed this work at the Rochester Institute of Technology, School for American Craft. This piece represents a dream of being chased. Clark is a former professor of metalsmithing and sculpture at Oregon College of Art and Craft. She lives and works in Portland focusing on public art, installation art, and abstract sculpture. She is a two-time recipient of the Oregon Arts Commission Fellowship Grant and a Professional Development Grant. She has been awarded residencies John Michael Kohler Arts and Industry residency and the Ucross Foundation in Wyoming. Clark is a member of the Nine Gallery, which exhibits experimental and installation-based work, and is the co-owner of Ninety Twenty Studios, an education space in Portland, where she teaches.

Good estate condition, some abrasions to the painted steel and clouding to the resin.
