Contains the U.S. Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and state constitutions including those of Vermont, Delaware, Georgia, and Kentucky.

Boards scuffed, with edgewear, and corners heavily rubbed; spine creased and heavily rubbed with chipping and losses at head including band; joints and hinges cracked with both boards loose; typical staining from binder's glue at endpapers, ownership signature and date on free endpaper, pages toned with scattered foxing throughout and occasional offsetting, minor grime, and small edge chip or tear; without the final (12) pages of ads called for in Evans. A fair to good volume.
