Serial number 008189 on left side of receiver, 25.5 in. blued barrel marked PARDNER 410 GA. 3" FULL with single front bead sight, blued receiver marked HARRINGTON AND RICHARDSON / MANUFACTURED IN GARDNER, MA U.S.A., walnut stock and forend with NATIONAL WILD TURKEY FEDERATION logo engraved on right side of buttstock, original buttplate marked H&R 1871.
