The first late 19th century, carved wood Santos figure a saintly monk dressed in habit and tonsure hair, standing upon a globe with spreading base, with traces of old polychrome (17 1/4 x 4 3/4 x 3 3/4 in.); the second 20th century folk carving, nailed construction, depicting either Saint Roch and his canine companion, or Saint John the Baptist and sheep (15 1/2 x 6 x 5 in.). Both unsigned.

Some cracks to both; monk with scattered polychrome losses, lacking left arm and both hands, crack and repair to base; the second with large vertical crack, appears stable.
