Qianlong period (1736-95), circa 1740, porcelain punch bowl hand painted on the exterior side with the coat of arms of Benson impaling Pott of Dunham in Cheshire, floral stems with colorful blooms populate the rest of the exterior, the interior is decorated with a roundel spray of pink flora and a gilt floral border to interior of rim.

The couple began collecting during the 1970s from galleries and auction houses across Europe and the United States, and even from Howard himself.
