Charles Henry Turner studied at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School and in Europe. Born in Newburyport, Massachusetts, Turner maintained a home and studio in Jackson, New Hampshire and Boston.

Light surface grime; minor rubbing and nicking to frame.
