Early 20th century, two part form (top capital lifts off, the remaining portion is bolted together), decorated with relief carved tobacco leaves and fluted columns on an octagonal base.

Tops with some scraping and slight discoloration; upper leaf edge with chips; some chipping and loss to base edge of fluted portion; small minor edge chips at base; yet retaining a good presentation.
