Qing dynasty (1644-1912), a large porcelain jardiniere very finely hand painted with a pair of pheasants, one poised on a light blue craggy rock to the center surrounded by lush pink and white peony blossoms while the other is perched on a blooming tree branch above, wavy shaped rim, a key motif with turquoise enamels encircles above the foot rim, unglazed to the underside, hole to center for drainage.
