A Continental Gothic Style Tabernacle

19th century, red lacquered and carved giltwood, featuring an arched pediment reading "IHS" over a foliate decorated cabinet with an ogee arched door opening to reveal a gilt crosshatched interior, flanked by two columns topped with foliate finials, not signed or labeled.
