Necklace strung knotted with (75), (77), and (81) dyed blue mostly off-round cultured pearls (6.5mm - 7mm) and completed with a white gold clasp in a swirl motif prong set with round cut blue sapphire accents (2.5mm), stamped DB6M 585 and a maker's mark JK.
