(Boards with edgewear and rubbed corners, spine worn and chipped, joints rubbed and cracked; cracking at hinges yet still a sturdy volume; writing, light spotting and staining from binder's glue on endpapers; interior with light toning and offsetting, occasional light foxing and pencil notations, and several leaves with damp staining, a couple of pages with a repair; pages overall quite clean and unmarked.)

(Boards heavily scuffed, corners rubbed; spine with chipping, rubbing and creasing to label, and small leather loss at head; joints and hinges cracked with boards attached but loose; interior with writing on paste-down and light wear to endpapers, pages with toning and light scattered foxing (heavier at endpapers), with occasional grime and small hole or tear.)
