New England Federal Mahogany Desk and Bookcase

Circa 1830, mahogany and burl wood veneer, white pine secondary, scalloped cornice, two hinged Gothic arched glazed cabinet doors, interior with two small drawers, hinged writing surface with loper supports, three drawers, scalloped skirt on French bracket feet.

Plug holes to top edge of cornice; some later glass; later faux leather writing surface; later pulls covering hole; right side front foot facing with crack and repair.
