19th century, likely German, bearing a double-headed eagle mark, S within a triangle numbered ?862, and "Ach / Ann", possibly indicating the town of Aachen; featuring a naturalistic branch form base with a wavy gradient blue glass bowl, marked to the mounts, silver content unknown.
