From the Personal Collection of Dr. Jack Dudley Fulcher was one of Stacy's most prolific carvers. He was a fisherman and menhaden boat captain. His father was Charlie Fulcher who carved primitive shorebirds. This example has strong original paint on balsa, very rare species.
Mostly original paint with light gunning wear, working repair to the neck with added paint to the repair.
