Centering on a bezel set oval cabochon opal (9.5 x 12.5 mm) and with full cut round diamond melee bead set to the shoulders above an inlaid trapezoid shape coral tablet, accented to the front and back of gallery with a flush set diamond melee, stamped 14K and with maker's mark.
