Circa 1840, ovoid tapered form with tooled spout, strap handle with finger indent, the olive green alkaline glazed stoneware has been decorated in kaolin slip with a stemmed, looping floral form encircling the capacity "2", above separate foliate forms bearing fan-shaped floral-like terminals, not signed.
