Rebecca Fagg received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1972 from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her work is the permanent collections of the North Carolina Museum of Art, the Weatherspoon Art Museum, and the Pollack Krasner Foundation.
