Paul Harcharik is an artist who received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from East Carolina University and his Master of Fine Arts from Pennsylvania State University in 1975. He has taught at various institutions including Penn State, Sacred Heart College, UNC-Asheville, and Montreat College. His artwork is featured in prominent collections such as the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, Yale University Art Gallery, Mint Museum in Charlotte, NC, and the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.
