Serial number BB010734 beneath receiver, 20 in. blued barrel marked WINCHESTER BIG BORE MODEL 94 XTR 375 WIN / MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN. U.S.A. with fixed front sight and LYMAN adjustable rear sight, full length magazine tube, checkered walnut stock and forend with color cased crescent buttplate having raised whitetail deer embellishment on top and round whitetail deer medallion on right side of stock, receiver has raised whitetail deer embellishment, color cased and engraved barrel bands.

This rifle was formerly owned by famed silversmith Sid Bell. He was nicknamed the Alaskan Silversmith and was well known for his wildlife castings from silver, gold, and bronze. The wildlife castings on this gun were created by Sid Bell. Sid later moved to Tully, New York. This rifle was acquired from the curator of the Ithaca Gun Museum in Kings Ferry, New York around 2005.
