Early 19th century, British, the silk ground with skillfully hand-painted details and stitched in silk and woolen thread and chenille in a scene depicting the moment when baby Moses, placed in a basket in the Nile River by his mother to protect him, is then found by the Queen of Egypt and her attendants, presented in an antique frame.

Framed dimensions 25.25 x 18.25 in.
