Partially printed oblong folio, Washington, D.C., June 6, 1826, conveying eighty acres of land in Zanesville, Ohio to James Wagstaff of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Presented in a black wooden frame with a lithograph of Adams.

Frame dimensions 19 x 31 in.; sight sizes 9 1/2 x 15 in. and 8 3/4 x 13 in.

Some fading and rubs to ink; cockling and light toning to sheet; the Adams signature is quite legible; not examined outside of the frame.
