Joe Fisher was born in Nicosia, Cyprus and immigrated to the United States at a young age. He studied art at the Pratt Institute and The Cooper Union, and was awarded the Yaddo artist residency. Fisher lives and works in New York, producing both fine art and film.

Good estate condition, minor losses at the corners of the frame, small flake at the upper left corner.
