18th century or earlier, Himalayan, likely Nepal, very finely cast seated figure of the Buddha with hands in a benevolent mudra, wearing a robe incised with floral decoration which falls in the front in a cascading waterfall hem, his face is serene with downcast eyes, full lips, long earlobes, and tight curls to his hair further enhanced with small pagoda, very nice patina from centuries of handling.
